YGG’noise

YGG’noise is the personal blog of Eugene Lee, better known as Crap Monster on communities such as The Auteurs. For the most part, Ygg’noise has no real purpose or goal except to serve as my own personal space to write, aggregate, and collect pieces of news or media that catch my interest. Film and television are definitely the focus of YGG’noise, but just about any topic from general gadgetry to environmental issues are also covered.

About the name

The name holds no significance past its general obscurity which basically guaranteed the domain name would not have been taken. I came up with it simply by juxtaposing the world tree (yggdrasil) with noise. The former being used as a past symbol of holism, while the latter serves more as a contemporary terminology for the seemingly non-sensical stream of media and information that is the net.
